Mike and Joel welcome friend of the show Matt Gilliland (aka Matty Smooth) from New Belgium Brewing to the show. Matt has been at New Belgium for nearly 23 years and has seen a lot of the growth that the company has gone through over the years. He discusses his functions as Brewhouse Supervisor, some of the fun stuff they are doing on their pilot system and what song he can nail at karaoke.
